Someone once posted on here that one bedrooms in the towns with good schools can usually go for a lower price because 1 bedrooms do not appeal to families. I think this is a good example.

Electric heat is a killer. Because peak FOMO, I bet it sells relatively quickly. But it'd probably have to be to a landlord who will rent it out and have the tenant pay for the heat.

Plus $2500/mo is a lot to ask for one person.

There isn't much in the $300K range in this state anymore so someone will probably see that as a bargain in a good town.

Well, here's one that's 300k. In Arlington no less. There's just some small catch... one owner owns 74% of the units.

I don't think you would be able to get financing if one owner owned 10%, let alone 74%.

How do you know one owner owns 74%? Did you look up each unit on the registry?!

Listing says so. That's something you have to disclose because of the financing issue.

gotcha...i see it now. I read the listing description first and didn't see it there but just scrolled down to where it says disclosures and saw it.
