I wouldn't be comfortable with a natural gas hookup, period. I am also still looking for some sort of evidence that there was ever a gas leak at that Weymouth property.

I have not insisted. I asked a question. But I do suspect there is something not right here.

Again, 2 months on the market. Appears to be a good deal. Nobody wants it.

There is questionable wording in the disclosure section of the listing. That's all the information we have.

Maybe it's nothing, but again why even mention it if it's nothing.

any thoughts on this place? 600k seems high to me...but it does have some nice views...recently had a 100k price cut. It just is very ugly...but again nice views.

Flood zone? Wind zone? Does it get wiped off a 2050 map?

The town values it at 475k for tax purposes.

It's a tear down for a Deluxburyite who wants to build a new custom beach house. The land has more value than the structure.

That is one ugly house interior. And that wood stove in the living room. Looks like a monster! And what is going on in the attic? Tear down for sure.

I just continue to be amazed by the pricing of teardown homes like this. I mean someone thought they could get 700k...but now it's 600k which isn't much better.

It would be foolish to tear it down and build new in that location.
