I just think the DCF or DSS system is broken. Seems like they spend time on cases where it's not entirely necessary in the end then you have cases like this that slip through the cracks.
Being this is MA thread...........Everyone remember the day Aaron Hernandez was led out of his home in cuffs/ red basketball shorts/ white t-shirt pulled over his cuffed arms. Him sitting in the police car staring out the window........ Yeah that was his last day as a free man.
I wonder if Mr Walshe realized Monday was his last day outside of custody too...................idiot
Yes, I remember that. His trust fund had some recent baby mama drama I guess:

Oh, without question. The instances where children are removed are both under and over-inclusive. That is, there are cases where children are removed who should not be and cases where children are not removed who should be.
The thing is, especially with the number of issues that a lot of these families are dealing with, a case worker could spend all 40 hours of a workweek dealing with the issues of a single family. Yet most of them end up being responsible for 100 or more families. That kind of illustrates just how woefully under-resourced they are. Most of the social workers burn out after a few years.
I read somewhere else that his neurosurgeon father left his mother for a man. He has been living with his designer boyfriend in the Hamptons. Hard to believe the only child was cut out of the will but he must have been that much of an ass.
He's not an only child, he has a sister who was the beneficiary. That was in the TBdailynews.com article that you posted.
The news about the father living on Long Island with some guy was there, too. Also, I guess the family had a house in Lennox that Brian stole some of the proceeds from when they sold it. That's probably where he met Ana, when she worked at a hotel there.
Yeah I saw they met at the Lenox hotel. Oh weird I read somewhere he is an only child but then somewhere else mentions a sister. His mother is from Iran apparently. That explains the Reza part of his name. I'm curious where he grew up and went to high school
