Probably pretty amazing...I think it will continue to have money pumped into from around the Americas...will probably become more and more of a better city as well.

a boring little city that had blacks catering to rich north easterners. the side walks were rolled up at 1900hrs and permanently from march to october. there were blue laws!!! the place was crawling with white people in funny shorts!!!!

this is the very best town on this continent.
