I should have clarified better. Those w/overactive thyroids, different health issues, they cannot help their weight issues. I just happen to think that taking pride in the way you look is healthy. To not care is being lazy. Also, the ideology that "I live in the country in the middle of nowhere so how I look is irrelevant" is an excuse.

So after spending a few hours stacking wood I am LAZY for not putting on make-up before I run to the store? You are outta your mind Peter!

My issue is at the Gaylord Walmart, people simply lacked enough material. This goes for men and women. I seen too many times a guy's stomach hanging out of his shirt, or a 300 pound woman wearing tank tops and shorts. All I ask is you cover yourself.

Ha. Try hitting a Walmart in one of the "warm" states. talk about too much skin and too little fabric. Ugh. At least people in Gaylord (and other cities in Michigan) have to try to cover up a little bit during the winter months lest they risk getting frostbite and we get a 4-5 month respite.

Keep in mind, most folks are OK w/out makeup but there are others who have no business leaving home w/out it.

I don't go to Walmart to check out women, but in northern Michigan where else can you go?

A sure sign of the end of the World. I'm going to totally agree with scolls for the second time in less than a week.

It isn't only at the Gaylord Wal-Mart, but every single one I've ever been in. There is a whole website devoted to the "fashion" that can be found at Wal-Mart stores across the Country.
