Should be, I believe Southsky had given an update a few weeks ago and that they were still permitting, probably just now selling the land so that the developer can buy it, That’s usually how it works, permitting is done and then the developers will by the land

It is in the funding stage, I believe. InlandWave's post above is probably close to the truth

I'm not sure.. I was just told by someone who ran events there that they have 1 or 2 more events and they're done

Cottage Hill Baptist Church bought it as far as I know. They’ve had a campus there called Downtown Church for a few years.

I believe the church administration bounced the idea around of keeping it open as a public wedding venue but ultimately decided to make it a full time church with weddings being available to members only.

I heard that this project was dead. The developer couldn't make it work with the cost escalations.

Glad to see this selling fairly quickly. It’s been a huge dead spot gap between the two more developed parts of Dauphin. I’d love to see these mid 1800s townhouses restored

So let me git this right the Hoffman parcel was for sale and is pending ?

About damn time ! They held on to despair for too long. I heard they own the town house behind the Cathedral. Is that the mud 1800 town home you're talking about ?
