I see Montgomery in the link for the LLC. I was reading it wrong. The Montgomey address is where the TG LLC was submitted. I thought it would have been submitted locally.

Lol that’s a government office, all LCC’s in Alabama have to have it as their address

You will see that the LLC was formed in Delaware in March. To conduct business in Alabama, the entity must file with a physical address in the state for various reasons (mostly process serving). Out of state entities more than likely will file with a "CT Corporation" type company that provides these services for little cost. The CT Corporation location for each state is more than likely be quite close to the capital.

This does not rule out Montgomery (or any other "MA") as the location, but given the various rumors in Mobile, the odds-on favorite for this entity would be Mobile.

Looks like the Preserve at Milkhouse Creek is back on within Mobile City Limits, it will be a 122 lot subdivision once built out

Looks like someone is wanting to put a charter school at 817 Downtowner Blvd. Although it looks like the lane is way to small to hold one

What street will it have access too ? When I Google the creek for it's location I saw that it stretches for a few miles.
