Would of been a foolish decision.

I was told by an employee at the Fresh Market in Daphne that the one in Mobile generates more revenue.
SF does not look like it's income to me. If not in Mobile, I think Saraland would be a better option.

If there was a way to squeeze in a location there, that would be an ideal location. The only problem is too many doctors offices, boutiques and services and trying to make it part of Legacy Village would be next to impossible unless they were willing to shed some tenants.

Spanish Fort and Daphne are both a collection of subdivisions that just happen to all be within 2 municipalities.

Both are poorly planned( or well, not planned at all).

Look at that, we have yet another new subdivision application, an 80 lot subdivision off of Moffet Road

Weirdly enough there’s isn’t an address of where it is, but there’s a site plan

Found it, it’s 5710 Moffet Road

That brings it to 1400+ housing units within city limits
