Phew, I was worried that the planning commission would butcher it

The construction of the 800+ unit apartment complex in Tilmans Corner has been approved by the Mobile Planning Commission

This does not rule out Montgomery (or any other "MA") as the location, but given the various rumors in Mobile, the odds-on favorite for this entity would be Mobile.
Topgolf in Mobile - as designed now - will be a new prototype that has 40ish hitting bays, along with a restaurant/bar/other similar amenities. The building height will be ~35 ft so I am not sure on the elevation of the bays, but all 40+ bays will be on 1 floor.

Dang I was hoping for a 2nd level with bays but I'm digging the new prototype. It seem like it will be like the TG in Northwest Arkansas. The one in Arkansas is 27 feet with 2 stories but the bays are on the first floor.
