I have been for Susana Martinez right from the beginning.

I have met her on several occasions, and talked with her at length, and she is down to earth and genuine - the real deal.

I like her no nonsense approach to tackling corruption in the state, her position on illegal immigrants, and her views on fiscal issues and education.

She is very very impressive. To me she is the one candidate who can bring together Republicans, women, Hispanics, and young voters.

Be very afraid, Diane Denish!

Diane Denish and Susana Martinez... wow that would be a crazy election! haha two women.

Susana Looks like a governor you don't wanna mess with, Diane looks weak, and dull.

We need Susana! I like where she stands as well. Even though she has a Spanish last name, she don't give a s*** she wants to get the job done!

According to Census 2000 ACS Demographic Estimates, Hispanics comprise 44.5-44.9% of NM's population.

A plurality, definitely at times. A majority, no.

I find when people use thought-terminating language like "look it up" or "do the homework", it's almost always a false statement to begin with.

In New Mexico they are a Majority, now add all the other groups and see where "white" shows up, honestly I don't even care, I'm white... but this is a hispanic state, and I respect that.

I guess since Susana has Sarah Palin's endorsement now it means she'll only serve half a term if elected? Does an endorsement from someone who quit the job halfway through really inspire confidence in NM Republicans?

They are still not a majority and you used to be 1/2 Hispanic and 1/2 Italian.

Now they are "they"?!?!
