Hello all
i'm currently seeking a mortgage and have spoken to both chase and citi. while chase SONYMA program seems to offer alot it has many restrictions. as an alternative the fanniemae product is very basic
has anyone chose Citi as their lender? I want to know if they offer any rebates or programs aside from "up to 2%" closing

thanks in advance!
