Hi, does anyone have the number to the Q41 office? Everytime I try the number listed: 347-813-4791, it gives me a busy signal after the first ring.Is there another number or is there a time frame when it's easier to get through? Other people have mentioned talking to someone on the phone there, so just wondering--thanks.
@q41 apartments, I was approved for a 2 bedroom on the 15th floor, but someone with a lower log number also signed the floor plan after I did, so they have a preference.
@queens0607, once I can locate the number on my phone I'll post it here.
Thanks I Need a Dishwasher.
I thought for some reason you were already moving in.
World wayfarer, that's a good point. I assumed if someone's log number is 3000 than 2999 people before 3000 all got post cards to come in and they process 3000 individual applications. I didn't see 3000 applicants as being auto selected at random within the 3000.
The 347 number on my rejection letter works, but the girl that answers the phone sounds 18, like a temp, and doesn't give a s**t about people's housing needs.
I need a Dishwasher, That Is f**KED up. If u already signed something, I am not sure why they're changing their mind or saying someone else has preference before you. Sounds ludicrous!!!!!!
I'm not stressed because I love where I live now and will pay less rent to live there (and have a back yard). I just like the sterility of the building and the conveniences it provides at the price point so I'd love to live there.
I've applied to several other lotteries and will continue to as they open up. I have a community board preference for the 1113 Manhattan Ave one, so I'm hoping to get that.
Yes, it's in Greenpoint. It's a little isolated from trains, but the B43 bus runs frequently up Manhattan Ave to the Graham Ave L train and the G train at Greenpoint Ave is close by. It's also walking distance from the East River Ferry.
I agree, but by the time that place opens up rents in Williamsburg/Greenpoint and other "hip" areas will have comparable rents. If Q41's application came out this summer, as 1113 Manhattan did, the rent would be 2400 or more.
