How long did it take HDC to approve an applicant for final selection. My friend was told around 3 weeks. Was that the time frame others were given as well?

I have an interview for another lottery apartment on the same week I interview for Hunters Point. That lottery ended in May and they both call me at the same time. Go figure.

If you want a couch and a bed in a studio, you might need one of these: Bunk Beds & Loft Beds - IKEA

Was called to send in my documents last week. Was told yesterday I was fully approved for either studio or one bedroom. I only want the one bedroom. Told it would be a week or two before they reached my log number which is around 20,000.i hope they have a one bedroom left. I am city worker , middle class category. I emailed all my documents, never had interview. Do you guys think it looks good?

Another quick question: are the income requirements posted on the Hunters Point South flyer for annual gross or net income?

Because one of us is self employed they want a letter requesting an estimate of the net income for 2015. Are the income brackets listed as net or gross guidelines?

Thanks so much.

There's probably no way to have this question answered... But does anyone know if they've leased up all the middle income units? I haven't been selected and I have a very high log number with no preferences...
