Thank for the response! I qualify for a 2 or 3 bedroom at $2366/2684 and 2729 respectively. Not the highest bracket but clearly not in the low income tiers either. Still hoping/praying for a call or email just trying to get an idea of the odds at this point.

For people who were interviewed and approved a few months ago to move in but without a lease will you have to do another credit check.

There are a few select units who have balconies. We are not one of them but wish we were!!

General question: seems like there's going to be a parking garage in one of the buildings. Any details on that?

It's all about 2015 income at this point. HDC will make their decision based on the paperwork Related has compiled. We are a family of 3, with one pregnant women.

Just heard they should be reaching my log number 20,000 ish soon- I'm in the next batch to be called..city worker preference, middle-class bracket. Hope there are 1 bedrooms left!
