We are middle income (highest bracket probably) and our number is in the lower 3,300s and we have no Preference. We were contacted last week to start turning in paperwork for a 2 bedroom, I was told the 3 bedrooms would be gone before they got to us. We have not heard more than that but it seems like there are still middle income 2 bedrooms in the $3,300 category. Awhile back on this forum someone said that those are the only 2 bedrooms still available. Not sure how accurate all this info is though.
Thank for the response! I qualify for a 2 or 3 bedroom at $2366/2684 and 2729 respectively. Not the highest bracket but clearly not in the low income tiers either. Still hoping/praying for a call or email just trying to get an idea of the odds at this point.
I need to go to the bank to get certified bank checks on Monday.
My move in date is July 25 (was expecting it to be much later. But again, I appealed for 3 months and it doesn't look like they moved it back).
Now that your move in date is just a week away, was there any other steps involved besides the lease process. What floor was it again and assume you are middle income bracket ?
It's all about 2015 income at this point. HDC will make their decision based on the paperwork Related has compiled. We are a family of 3, with one pregnant women.
Just heard they should be reaching my log number 20,000 ish soon- I'm in the next batch to be called..city worker preference, middle-class bracket. Hope there are 1 bedrooms left!
