I'm a little confused. I interviewed back in June, no update as of now. I do recall signing release for background and credit check during my initial interview, which includes verifying/confirming that I qualified for both a studio and one bedroom. I know they already ran my credit check but last I checked with HR they did not ask for income verification (though I did give them a copy).
If you are approved, do you then have to go back and sign release papers for HDC? I'm only asking because during my interview (the only one I had) for Strivers Plaza, I signed a ton of docs, other than being asked for additional pay-stubs, my next step was being shown the apt and them asking me if I wanted the apartment (I was approved by HDC). It seems everyone has their own system?

I'm referreing too the documents that go to HDC for approval, and yes I do agree each, management company has a different system.
Got it, thank you.Clearly I'm not as far ahead as I'd hoped.
Separately, how many recent lotteries since (2015) if more than one, have you noticed a pattern in the time you get the interview email. I feel like it's been before noon but I'm curious if anyone else as noticed this.
I'm asking because I refresh my email like crazy with the hope that I get an interview with another lottery, but I never gotten anything in the afternoon. I could also be overthinking...

The lastest I've gotten a call or email was bout 6 pm. I guess they were jus exciting to tell me I was rejected , the i appealed, won, and here i am now still waiting lol
Breaking Ground has been toying with my emotions. This isn't my first affordable lottery, I'm very good at stating everything up front and coming prepared.
When I was called for an interview I explained my situation; applied as single, married recently, spouse is an immigrant, working toward naturalization. Was given the green light. At the interview I was told because I'm adding someone to the application, I couldn't proceed. I was annoyed but left. Our interviewer had a change of heart and called us back in after confirming it's not a problem after all. If that elevator came on time I would have never made it past the interview stage.
Now, they're gathering documents and want to see my spouse's ITIN, which obviously doesn't exist because as I told BG many times prior, we're in the naturalization process and don't have those official documents yet. Now I'm told my application will likely be discarded because my spouse doesn't have an ITIN.
We saw a unit the first week of June and have not heard anything. ZERO. I didn't know they make you sign additional papers before it goes to HDC. I assume that would be the next step. We first interviewed in Feb. I am ok with it taking a long time, but an UPDATE or a response to call/email would be nice.
I would like to know how many of you signed those papers, that state the rent and release of tax documents by the city(hdc)?
There were about 10 documents
Where in the process did you do this? After seeing a unit?
Finally got in touch with my intake specialist at BG and she told me my file was with leasing and I needed to contact a new person. Of course now answer. I am going on with my day now.

Is it Sasha? I'm getting a busy signal
