I have a one bedroom(of which many say are all done, idk) and it's above the 20th floor(great view).

Breaking Ground really does suck and I hope we all get wat we're looking for .

congrats on your apartment!

quick question about BG, what was the worst part about them? and is it true that they verbally told you that you couldnt appeal their decision/not sending you an explicit letter?

Their timing, management and, service to those they vow to help.
They have never told i couldn't appeal and if they Tell you that, that's a total lie. You can appeal every decision at every turn of you feel they messed things up

Congratulations, Rrumph. Perhaps someday we can all have a city-data party on the roof and burn a stack of their stupid asset verification forms on the BBQ or something.

Do you mind sharing which line you're in? e.g. A, B, C, D, etc. It's cool if you'd rather not.

There are tons of floorplans available on Streeteasy, but these are all market rate units.

http://streeteasy.com/building/the-a...lding_detail=4

It looks like all the H units listed here are 2BRs. Maybe the affordable units are on specific floors and have unique floorplans.

The letters change their meaning based on what floor you're on -- 4-21 has one system of lettering, 21+ has a different system.
