Some of you might have gotten bumped off since your initial intake interviews and documents being sent off to HPD/HPC because of the homeless statute that just took effect. You will not know until you get the waiting list letter, months from now. Same thing happened with the a lot of the Pacific Park developments.

We were called in for the citypoint towers awhile ago, and so far this process has been much smoother and more organized. Fingers Crossed!

CB2Couple, what happened after you were transferred to the leasing office? Is that after a round table approval, and if so, how long after the round table did you get approved by the City? Did the leasing office show you an apartment before the City approved you? Trying to get some time frames after round table approval. Anyone feel free to chime in. Thanks.

I have been contacted via mail (although I said email only) for an interview. Log # 7X,XXX with cb preference. I'm shocked they got to my number with many people on this forum still waiting for approval. Are they just interviewing many people and putting their paperwork to the side? I just went to an interview for 333 schermerhorn and both buildings look amazing online. Hoping for the best!

We're in the same situation. We were told a week ago that we were approved after a round table review, but since our log number was so high that we had to wait until the others that were approved with lower log numbers get taken care. I asked roughly how long that would be and she said there's no timetable, but she hopes to be in touch "in a few weeks." no clue what this means.

I was approved by round table last month and I was also able to see the apartment. I heard from the leasing department about two weeks ago asking for several documents. Haven't heard anything since!

I still don't understand what this "round table" is people are talking about. Do you get interviewed by a bunch of people at a round table?

Round table occurs after the applicant is interviewed. It's basically a meeting that the development's staff and their supervisors have to discuss the applicant's interview and application. If they all agree that the applicant still qualifies for the development then the applicant's paperwork is approved to be sent to the city for their approval.
