Can anyone speak to how long this process has taken or is taking? I had my intake interview on 6/30 and have been working with my specialist to get additional documents in order, which we just completed. I assume the application goes to HPD soon.
My current lease expires in November and I'm starting to get worried that this process won't be finished before my lease expires.
I finally got them my financial documents two weeks ago (after they lost them the first time!) and have heard nothing. I bet there will be a significant delay before the "round table" takes place and your application goes to HPD. Honestly, my lease is still early days and I would be surprised to get an answer much before it runs out!
I just got a congrats call stating I got the spot. They also asked for a landlord verification form, I'm guessing to switch my lease. Still haven't seen a unit but still oh so excited!

Congrats to you! How long did it take you to get to this point after you got past all the appeals and your paperwork was actually accepted?

Congratulations! Did BG said that your file was aprouved by HDC? And who asked you about the landlord form ? HDC or BG.
