Actually scratch that. That's only true for my layout. Seems that different letters switch layouts on different floors...all somewhere in the 20s. Layouts might switch again above 30.

Which line are you in, if you don't mind my asking?

I was under the assumption that most 2BR are below floor 30, and most units 30 and up are studio & 1BR. A poor guess based on streeteasy listings

I'm moved in. And I'm in an N unit on a lower floor.

There are definitely 2 and 3 BRs on upper floors. Look at "past rentals" on streeteasy.

Are you lower than 20?

very nice view of the brownstones, brooklyn technical high and ft greene park. a little noisy when the windows are open, though.

Just an aside for those still in the running: I had sent an additional document to my intake person by email and fax. I then followed up twice asking for confirmation of receipt. No answer. I then get a request for same document a month later and it was like pulling teeth to find out you can't send them a document as an attachment in an email. You have to embed it as a picture, and send it whey they are expecting it.
So frustrating. It seems like they only work once a week or they spend a couple of days on applications then ignore all business until their next batch of work.
Congrats on your N line apartment xian01.
