I actually kept calling repeatedly to get through to someone who confirmed my file was being sent to the city for review - I called their regular number and told the receptionist that I needed to speak to the person at ext 294

Hey I got back from seeing someone at the office. They told me that didn't have any mail sent back to them and they don't see anything that went out. I explained that my preferred method of contact was email. They said yes. but they send the paper mail out, because it's more official although I would have received an email informing me still. So I am back on the waiting game. I didn't ask about if my file was sent for review which I should have.

I just received an email back as well essentially saying the same thing -- although they couldn't check my specifics they said I would've heard. I guess we should trust the system and wait.

its very curious that youre going in now indeed When I interviewed last month I was told that Nov. 1st was the last day for interviews.

If you do not mind me asking, what range is your log number in?

I feel like people with higher log numbers were interviewed first.. which is so strange (going off the initial pages... everyone seems to have been in the 1000's plus)

When i interviewed I saw the list for the say and no one was over 300 in log number I think.

JRW,

Would you mind asking if they are finished with in-takes for the non-preference group?

Also, double check that they have considered you for the disability preferred group...something tells me you were tagged as non-preferred. I have always thought disability groups were the first of the preference groups to be called since they are only 2%. This would give us clarity.

I realize there is a lot of speculation and guessing going around which I don't mind because it helps pass the time and it's kind of exciting.

I do think it's worth again noting that as of 11/13/16 "461 Dean has a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) for some half of the building"

Atlantic Yards/Pacific Park Report: 461 Dean: a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for some half of the building, plus unpaid $25K fine

From what I can tell by reading the TCO's is that it's cleared through about the 19th floor. Market rate and affordable housing are scattered throughout the entire building so MY GUESS ONLY would be no specific groups CB pref/no pref have been completely maxed out yet.
