Any idea what unit types are still left in band 5 studio? I am supposed to go tomorrow to sign off documents.
I have no idea about 1 Bedrooms, and I'm pretty certain the studios are nearly gone. What unit type are you? I can ask around when I sign my lease this week.
Hi! Went on my intake interview today! I think it went well but who knows. I did have to provide a detailed explanation of mobile deposits and pay someone $2 to get it notarized. I also had to provide a screenshots of all my Venmo transactions!
I really hope the process is a lot faster then earlier this year because my lease is up in two months!
They did say they are having trouble filling up one bedroom apartments in my bracket for various reasonnse so hopefully that helps.
I did read in many places that the one bedroom is really small. Are they that small? Also are the studios liveable?
Hi, which bracket are you? I just emailed them (again) today to see if they have one bedrooms- they say they do but they write back with VERY short emails so I'm not totally sure if that's true or not. Which bracket has the 1 bedrooms left? Has anyone seen the one bedroom (so I don't have to scroll back) and is it really tiny? Does it have a dishwasher and washer dryer...etc.

Guys I'm wondering if they are having problems filling up the $2500 one beds. There are only 5. They need to bring down the price to about $2100
I went to sign the affidavits today. She said there are 8 studios in band 5 left to be filled, and I was #8. She also mentioned that there are 1 BD in band 5 available as well, but I am just outside of the income requirements for it. Hopefully I can slide into that last studio and that it's not an awful floor plan. Hoping for type G - the rest are :-/ If not, I have 535 in process as my backup
Talked to MHANY today. Thought I'd share some info. Band 4 studios are gone. Band 4 1 bedrooms are probably all gone. Band 5 studios are available. I'm going to take a band 5 studio. It's pretty small and expensive but ah well, only get the chance once.
