It will be on your taxes if you're filing correctly and if you're not being paid under the table. And your pay deposits will show up on your bank statement. And that's exactly the kind of thing they're looking for when they're scrutinizing six months of bank statements. They don't care if you're overdrawn here and there, if you spend money on frivolous things ... they're looking for hidden income and assets. And I can't emphasize this enough.
Still haven't heard anything yet. I was just checking the NYC Buildings website and noticed that the building has 18 outstanding requirements before obtaining final certificate of occupancy. As of right now, the building has a temp. C/O, which expires 1/9/17. So at this point, for those who were called to view apts, I don't know when you'll be moving in (hopefully soon)! For those of us still waiting to hear something back, hopefully they call us back with some good news as well.
If you're interested in checking out the building website.....google nyc buildings, on the information page - scroll down and put in the building #, street name, and borough. You should be redirected to the property profile overview. This has the latest information about the building....
I just had my interview today. My log is in the 200's I had all my paperwork ready so I just went in and handed my paperwork, filled out a w-2's form + a credit/criminal record review form.
My interviewer told me that some people have already moved in and that mhny is trying to close out on interviews because they're starting a new building soon.
They also said that rejection letters don't necessarily mean you've been rejected. They just expect you to bring the appropriate paperwork to prove they're wrong and that they can continue the vetting process, which they treat in phases. Income is the most important one and it seems that most people get rejected because of that.
Which means that you just have to meet their qualifications and you're good to go. She said my log number was good because it was low. Perhaps the lower the better?
Anyways... now we wait... I can only pray and best of luck everyone.
have u heard anything? Im getting impatient wondering if we could call the hdc...
