I've seen the term once or twice in passing, so don't take this as gospel. But I think it means that you would be selected only after all other qualified people have been processed. It's not good.

If that is your status, you should ask the people filling the apartments.

Oh that's a bummer, I was only put there because I have high income, I had hopes in living @ VIA 57th after forgetting I ever applied there. Thanks for responding.

But if your income is too high to qualify, I wonder why they didn't just deny you.

To be honest I had changed the household size and added my significant other's income (when I applied I had put my income, didn't know him at the time of application but I am no longer working) and it didn't say anything about household change but just high income. I don't know if I should let them know only one of us is currently employed, maybe it won't change anything):

I didn't think you would be able to change the household size. The only reasons are marriage, divorce, birth, death, adoption, incarceration, etc. As far as I know.

I was told this was okay and I was still eligible just on low priority, I guess that's the only penalty to it though..

No word yet after viewing an apartment over a week ago. My job hasn't received anything from the city. I'm not sure what to expect at this point. Now everyone keeps asking me when i'm moving and i'm like I have no clue. I think i let my excitement jump the gun. Has anyone gotten THIS far and then rejected?

Hello everyone I just went on the interview for 461 dean street. The interviewer told me my documents will be sent to the city for review and I should hear back within 6-8 weeks. He also told me apartmentsnarent finish as of yet. I'm just hoping and praying. For the ones who already had their interview in the summer have you heard anything back as of yet?
