Nothing yet. Friday was the viewing of the apartment. It seems like I am waiting now for the HDC to send my job an official letter of verification. I keep asking HR about it but they give me frowny faces and grunts like I am asking them to sign their lives away. It's a form that will take just a minute to fill out. GRRRRR.

I emailed you privately, but I and I can't imagine pics are frowned upon, just be discrete maybe? The unit I saw was exactly like the one on the website, and they have a 360 degree viewing. maybe it's different for studios or two bedrooms. I would absolutely NOT bring anyone who isn't on the lease. That seems like it could be a red flag and who knows because they did write comments down after the viewing.

I would also not bring anyone on the lease. Having worked in this field it is definitely frowned upon because even if it is just for support, they may look at it as "okay, we need to keep any eye on this unit).

Hey Vanevictoria, I still haven't heard anything either way yet. Quick question, do you mind saying if you're going for a studio, 1 bedroom, or 2 bedroom? Would love to hear about your viewing after!

Hello, my interview was on September 13, a have Cb preference and my log # is 12×××, i received a rejection letter on monday, saying upon completed review your income of 34k does not meet the income guidelines for a single person household, so a call the office yesterday and mad an appeal, because according to Dean st income for a 2 bedroom apt paying $931 of rent for 2 people the income goes from 33k-36k so my income falls just in the middle of the required income, so i think that decision is not fair since i meet all of the requirements and i am not a single household is me and my son in the application, i am so frustrated and sad because i really want to move there.

This sounds like a mistake, plain and simple. If you applied with your son, and now they're saying you're a single household, they must have mixed you up with someone. Call or email them as soon as possible! Or, better yet, go to the office and find out what happened. Best of luck! Please report back.
