Yes i called and made an appeal. I have to go today aftwr 5, i am so upset because my income falls in the range and is me and my son applying so that reason is just stupid. I have everything to be granted an apartment so they can't deny me saying my income doesnt follow the guidelines because then i can say they r lying in the website income requirements.

I may have missed it but is your son working, is his salary, if any, being counted as income?
I'm not sure how they classify dependent children.

Someone likely made a mistake, and just had it in their head that you were a single-person HH. Don't accuse anyone of lying. I'm sure you know you have to stay cool and above all, polite, if you want something from these people. Believe it or not, showing disrespect to the marketing agents is a cause for rejection. They are overworked and are handling a zillion files. When they're clearly wrong, they fix the mistake. Don't worry.
I agree with Moving415.. You can definitely get this resolved. It is nerve wracking though knowing that even a minor human/clerical error can affect our future in such a grave way. Stay positive!

They r going to reject me, because Mhany is my landlord and they r saying that since my boyfriend is on my current lease but he is not on the dean application supposedly tje HDC is not going to approved my aplication, even tho i told them i am adding him to the lwase. I applied for Carlton and this time i added him hoping to be call in for it even tho Dean st was a better building. Its sad that they reject me for something like that. But good luck to all of you guys.
