My credit hasn't been pulled yet. I wish I knew what they were doing!
I actually think it's a good thing that they haven't checked your credit yet. If they had checked your credit and they *still* hadn't made any movement after 3 weeks, I would be more frustrated. But the fact that they haven't checked your credit yet might mean that they are just waiting until they have everyone's updated documents to see who is still qualified before proceeding with Compliance/HPD.
Of course, it's possible that they won't check our credit again at all. They might decide it's not worth the extra expense to pull everyone's credit again since they can't ask for another $25, and it's doubtful that anyone's credit has changed much in 6 months. I don't think an updated credit check is required since it's not a HUD requirement that someone has good credit to qualify for a low income apartment- the city just allows landlords to reject certain applicants with very serious credit problems as a means of being somewhat fair to landlords.

Yeah, I think you're right. I am so confused about what they're up to over there. If they email and ask for six months of bank statements when they could have asked for them before I think I'm gonna explode. Then I'll send the statements and wait another month to hear back.
does anyone live here already? do the 2 bedroom apartments have 2 bathrooms?
From the tiny floorplans that are visible, it doesn't look like it. What is your log #? Do you have CB pref? Are you going for a 2br in the upper or lower band?
log number 16024, i live in zip code 10023, is 10 Freedom in 10023 or 10019? (One West End is 10019)
are there available floor plans for 10 Freedom specifically? i feel like looking at floor plans of One West End probably wont help since they are technically 2 different buildings *rolls eyes*

10 Freedom Place and One West End are both in 10023. They are north of West 59th Street, which is the dividing line.
It's good to see that they are actually calling new people now with higher log numbers.
No, no one has moved in as of yet.
