I wonder if they are planning to connect the two Freedom Places eventually for this new development and renumber the northern portion?
I don't think they ever renumber anything. The street they are building is probably Freedom Place South and this building will probably be 10 Freedom Place South.

Freedom Place South is the street name on google now. You're right, renumbering would be too complicated for NYC.

I just found this article from 2014 which has the only image of the inside of one of the apartments I've ever seen. It's just a mock-up, but it looks like there are hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances:

You can also see a mock-up of the affordable lobby.

Doesn't look like 900 square feet though. It's only a render, I guess.

That's just part of the living area haha. You can make out a little bit of the floorplans on the Condo Offering documents and you can see that the living room is rather large.

I have to say that I'm getting a little bit excited seeing those pictures and seeing how close the building is to being ready for us, and that's not good, because I still am not optimistic about getting the 1 bedroom I'm hoping for with my high log number 12,xxx. I'm trying not to get my hopes up because I don't want to be disappointed... I wish I had an idea how many people besides us were waiting.

Incaita, could you send a picture of what you can see? I just passed through and saw that FREEDOM PLACE SOUTH IS PAVED. I couldn't enter 60th st because it was closed. Over the weekend I will try to get down there when there is no or little work being done.

WE ARE MOVING ON UP > so to speak.

Yeah, I agree, it's going to be hard if it doesn't work out, but I'll just be happy to have it decided one way or the other.

You'll just hold on. Why would they have interviewed you if you didn't have a shot at a apt?
