They don't know how many people are going to qualify or get disqualified when they start interviewing people. I have seen people get waitlisted after interviewing because all of the units get filled before their log number is reached. I don't mean to sound negative I am just trying not to get my hopes up. I'll just wait and hope for the best.

You are right, in the picture of the kitchen I don't see a dishwasher. However in this document filed with the state it seems that there is going to be a dishwasher: http://documents.dps.ny.gov/public/C...F89A9FC56BA%7D It mentions a "Frigidaire Dishwasher FFBD1821MS".

The CO is for 150 units, could this be the affordable rentals and market rate rentals?

Yes all of the affordable units plus the market rate units on floors 16-19.

For those who have had their credit run, which credit reporting agency did they use? Transunion? Equifax?

so i'm good i guess my credit is not that bad!!! and yes i have a preference i work for the city as an assistant teacher! but i see they call many people and interviwed them on march .... i havent get called lets hope
