Stalking just makes the waiting game worse. Seeing people moving in and wondering when it’s your turn. The last development I was up for denied me and I have to pass that building everyday on my way to work

Default What's it like?

Hi all

I have a log # 7XX for Phase 1, waiting for verifications to go through. Anyone currently in the building? What's it like? Anyone else waiting to hear back/praying like crazy?

Its a huge building. Very nice. The windows are huge, im guessing theres central air in the building since the windows take up all the room. Some of the apartments have balconies. On the upper floors the lights were on so i guess some people are living in it already. The only thing if you end up on a low floor, your view is going to be of buildings. No views.

Lazydaisy what percentage would you say has moved in on the lower floors, what percentage on the upper? Did you check out any individual rooms?

What log number are you? Are you waiting to hear back from your interview? I'm also in limbo, praying for this like crazy

All the low floors looked empty. None of them had the lights on. The upper floors looked like maybe 30%. My log was in the 4000’s with municipal preference. I interviewed back in June and never heard anything back. Im thinking there were municpals with lower logs that were called so maybe ill be waitlisted. I gave up on this lottery already the waiting game is annoying

The apartments inside you cant see inside. The lowest floor with apartments is pretty high up. Which is good if you end up om the lowest floor, nobody from the outside could see inside.

Ah gotcha. I think waiting list sounds most likely. I went for the interview in October and at that point, my interviewer said all the people with preferences had already moved in. I have no preferences, log 7XX. They confirmed I'm income eligible, and my verifications came back so I'm waiting for management to review my file. The waiting game is so scary!

It's good that the lower floors have a bit of privacy, at least thank you for the info! Do you think I have a shot?
