i hate the way they construct the kitchens...theyre basically plopped against the wall...no kitchen islands especially in a luxury building like this is a huge annoyance to me...but who am i to complain?

Yes RCx2, it was. I received a phone call about a week after handing in my papers letting them know which apts i would accept and my 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. choices. I was offered my 1st choice apartment. Good Luck
Yes, number 1 for Studio, and did check in with them. Confirmed that there is a backlog. There were more letters to view apts (for different size apts) that were sent out right before mine, so they are calling based on chronological order. Hope to hear something soon.

which one did you like better the 3rd floor one or the 6th floor one?
if you dont mind me asking. how many letters did you get before becoming number 1? what number were you when you first got the first letter to view the apts? and how long did the process take from the first letter to now? i just want to get a estimate of how long i may have to wait.

Great news - and I'm sure you'll get a call soon since you're number 1!
I'm also curious about the numbers when the first letter goes out. It seems like there were only 2 studios available this time around. So I'm wondering how many letters they actually send out. I think someone on the 2 bedroom list said that they were 20 something on the list, so I'm wondering if they have a formula like 10 letters per apartment or something.
