Well the numbers were scrambled because of the prorated amenities, but once explained it made sense.

My apartment faces 3rd avenue, and when I recently received my electricity and I was worried would be a lot as the A/C is running frequently in the apartment but ended up being on par with was I was paying before moving. Seems like it's well insulated.

The building is nice, so far so good. There are still some apartment that need to be finished so every now and then you can hear construction noises, but that's very mild. In general, the apartment is pretty quiet. Every request you made is handled via an app or a website.
I heard management is quite "corporate" and it feels like if you're not on their side, you're against them. Don't expect a human touch. That's very different from my previous experience with landlords. As long as they're doing their job, I'm fine with it. All the employees of the building are nice and accommodating. Seriously all of them, it's a blessing. The amenities are nice but expect some outages because the building is new and they're figuring out quirks as it goes.

We attached it to the wall and floor with industrial piping. It looks great and i have 2 stools under it.
You might want to consider counter depth appliances, you can get the width you want with no worry of them fitting through the doorway and you get a few more inches of space in the kitchen. Also, look at pc richards website, they have more of a selection than the store.

I just called HPD and was told the same thing. I spoke to the project manager overseeing the Central Harlem Development, she told me that they've had a few people calling them and thats she's going to give them (Bronx Pro Group) a call and told me I should do the same. They haven't received any files except for mobility applicants.
