That makes me sad! Lol I think they are anticipating a second wave and are wanting to ensure safety maybe?
Possibly! I shot my housing specialist a message, the standard just checking in lol, she told me that the building I'm assigned to, 1465 Park Avenue, still doesn't have a TCoO, so as soon as they get it she'll contact me for a viewing. She didn't mention whether that would be virtual or in person, so it seems that the East building will have in person viewings this week and those of us in the West building will have to continue to wait :-/ the beat goes on!
I viewed a 2 bedroom which is my bed room. I can tell ya'll now though invest in lighting because the unit does not come with lighting. Besides the kitchenette and the bathroom & hallway. None of the rooms have lighting
So Yes we do have a dishwasher, we do not have a microwave so invest in one, We do have a pantry & a linen closet. Each closet are double doors with a shelf. All the kitchen cabinets are slow slam meaning when you slam them they will stop automatically & close slowly automatic style.

I am assuming I am in this one since she told me people are moving in already

Do you know if the fridge has an ice maker ? Also- do the bathrooms have windows?

So the refrigerator doesn't have an icemaker. & One thing I was kinda bummed about was that its a kitchenetter meaning the kitchen & living room is pretty much together but beggers can be choosy so I'm looking at islands to buy that matches the kitchen but it is alot of storage space in the kitchen

I noticed that in the sample floor plans. You can also do like a small round dining table? I can send you some visuals.

When can you actually move in?
