I am super excited and nervous. I cried when she called me to tell me ! I thanked her so much for being patient with me! She explained that she won’t be contacting me for further steps. A man will contact me for the next steps in the process. But she did say people are already moving in.
Aww Congrats!! So excited for you! I applied, got called to submit docs back in March and got denied. I appealed and got reinstated about 2 weeks ago. Last week I got a call to resubmit docs. (log# 2,xxx) with CB pref. but I think me having to appeal probably hurt my chances. They probably didn't "hold my spot" during my appeal stage. I still have faith that what is meant for me will be for me by the grace of God.

Try to remain positive because to be able to even enter the process is still a big blessing! Thankfully this thread helped me so much to think positive and everyone’s information was super helpful to me. Everyone responded to my anxious thoughts and I am thankful for that! Keep your faith! No she is correct. My agent contacted my friend & I today & told us we will be contacted this week for the viewing & to sign our lease & pick up the keys.
