Minor update: My housing specialist responded to that initial email I sent on Friday. She said they are still awaiting the TCoO for 1465 Park Avenue and that once they get it, she'll reach out to me for the next steps which may include me submitting updated documents. So it seems like I'm being considered for the 1465 Park Avenue building and the waiting continues!

I looked up the TCO- it was approved until October 2020 for 1465 Park Avenue. I still haven’t heard anything I am going to reach out to them again.
Yes, I noticed that the "1465 Park Avenue" address was listed on the TCO as well but almost all the descriptions on the document are for the east building. So I'm thinking they'll need another one for the west building which is pretty much what my housing specialist told me they were waiting on in order to contact me. Let us know what they said if you reached out to them today!

My log in the 7,XXX range, I have CB pref, and my agent told me that my file was also approved but I haven't been called for the viewing or lease signing as yet. Just wondering which logs and ami they're up to processing at the moment!

I called yesterday and they told me my file is pending and it was sent to a third party. I was a little frustrated and she called me back and said - “give it time they are going according to log numbers- and if I haven’t heard anything that it’s a good sign.” But the suspense is really bothering me because I like to try and plan ahead.
