Hi Farah, how long it takes to get approved vary from person to person due to many factors. Your best bet is to contact your marketing agent and ask for an update on the status of your application. Good luck!

Thanks for the updated visuals, El Barrio! I wonder if you can use either entrance or if it depends on your address? It seems like it's essentially 2 buildings built together into 1, hence the 2 addresses on the advertisement. Building definitely looks done! I can imagine that they will be reaching out soon, stay tuned folks!

Awesome photos !
I wonder if the parking garage is for residents or a monthly rate. I noticed it’s not listed in the housing connect Ad. But that option would be great !

I remember reading online that the site would have two parking garages for 57 cars with entrances on Park Avenue and 107th Street. The website also mentioned that 31 spaces would be allocated to the city to make up for the site’s previous parking lot that was utilized by HPD and the NYPD. So I'm sure some of the spaces can be used by tenants but i'll bet it's for a monthly fee!

So the Parking is listed on the initial app & usually there is a * next to things thats comes with a fee and the inly thing listed that has a fee is the laundry. The amazon hub and everything else is free..Also the building will be broken into 2 parts The West Wing & The East Wing. There are two laundromats & 1 fitness center. The first courtyard is in the actual MIDDLE of the building may I add its beautiful. I passed by saturday when I seen the after hours work order put in for that day & the construction guy let me peak in lol the second terrace is in the middle floor and the apartments wont start until the 4th floor the first three floors are a clinic for early intervention office. Construction worker told me 2 weeks it will be done and my friends agent reached out and told her within 3 weeks they will be doing the showings and lease signing so I think you might be handed your keys at your lease signing!

That's good news for me! I actually prefer higher floors, so 4th floor and higher works. Get ready folks! It seems like we'll be able to see the prospects sooner than later! Does anyone know if they're still collecting a security deposit with the 1st month's rent? I read on some other threads that some managements were waiving it due to COVID, wondering if this claim has any validity.
