Not all the units are available. It looks like a large number if not all of the units in the east building (108 Street) are available. Everyone just take a look at the list of permissible use and occupancy list. We almost there !

Thanks, Elbarrio1! Yeah I was wondering which side of the building was east and which was west. I'm guessing they'll have another laundry room and maybe package room for the west building. Also didn't see the fitness center listed on the COO, so maybe that's in the West building. Which side do you think is better? I guess I mean in terms of traffic and noisiness, the building with the Park Avenue entrance or the building with an entrance on E. 108th street?

I feel like the west building (Park Avenue) will be the worst if you have the train view but in regards to the possible drama, traffic and the NYCHA across from the east building (108th street) is the worst. Also The 108th side has alot of store front which can be beneficial or a con. Whoever got the high floor facing downtown Lexington or the courtyard view will be good.

Okay, makes sense. Fingers crossed we get a high floor unit facing down Lexington!
Depending on which stores occupy the commercial spaces, I'd be okay with being in the east building.
We'd also have to commute to my son's school which means walking over to Madison avenue to catch the bus uptown, but looking at the map, there's not much of a big difference from either side (Park Avenue or E. 108th) to Madison avenue. I may make a trip over that ways this week, if I do, I will try to take some new pics!

There are 2 laundromats and 2 fitness centers..Each building has its own but because of COVID the fitness room will not be open for use yet . If you go on the buildings website and click Schedule A it will tell you what on each floor in each building.

That's good to know! I wouldn't anticipate the fitness center being open just yet but it will be nice to have right at home whenever they do open it! I wonder when gyms are opening in general in NYC, I'd appreciate being able to go more regularly now that I'm working from home. I have that quarantine 15 to lose from all these home made desserts to go with the meals lol

Wow! I didn't even know there were additional phases past 4. well whenever it is i hope they hurry up! i think gyms are essential but i understand the concern about the spread of the virus. Awww that's sweet! Prayers up that you get an apartment with at least 1 window facing the trains! I don't mind either view as long as it's not too noisy so that I can get some shut eye during the week. Wondering if there'll be any updates this week, we shall see!

I received great news today. My agent contacted me today and asked me
for my final documents. I was notified they are receiving TCO for the building I am assigned to this week. She also told me I am assigned to a 2 bedroom if I would like to move forward with the unit.
