I know which floor I will be on based on the unit I was assigned. For example “1210” would be the 12th floor I just don’t know which building because the unit that was assigned for example doesn’t specify “E1210” or “W1210”. East building being 128 E 108th St. or West building being 1465 Park Avenue.
Thank u for the informations
I hope they will contact us soon for viewing
Do you know when they will start the virtual viewings ?
She didn’t specify when, only that she’ll be emailing me back when she’s able to do a virtual viewing. I’m going to ask her what’s her definition of a virtual viewing because if she’s going to send me a video then she could’ve just said that instead of trying to make it sound fancy. I’m assuming once your apartment is ready or one that is similar for move in you should be getting an email regarding viewing, security and 1st month (within 5 business days) and lease signing.

Thank you , I’m just wondering about if they will contact us in august, I don’t want to pay my rent twice because I need to inform my landlord
So let’s wait for next step
So I heard back from my agent. I suppose because it is taking longer than expected I had to do the asset certification again(updated) and do a credit check because it has to be within a 30 day time frame. She told me she would keep me updated.

My agent let me know the reason I had to re sign everything..All documents have to been current right before the lease signing & it was past 120 days for all the documents I signed via Docusign . My credit report got a hit today once I sent her the form this morning. So now it seems like they are trying to expedite everything.

oh wow, if that's the case I'll definitely have to send updated documents. Haven't been asked for them yet though. I was sent papers to sign via DocuSign back at the end of March so it's just over 120 days this week. Did you have them do a credit check in place of providing rental payment history? I submitted the proof of on time consecutive rent payments for the past year so I didn't have my credit pulled. My housing specialist did say that they'll conduct a background check but that sounds more like criminal background and housing court background.

Yes, I chose to do a credit report because I'm staying with someone currently so I had no rent history. The background would be for housing court or any evictions. I believe the reason she reached out was because I emailed her first asking her if there was anything she needed from me. All my stuff was dated 3/23 that was signed vis docusign. I believe they are doing in person showings because that is what was explained to me. Idk if she will contact me next week being that they ran my credit already and they have an update TIC form I had to recently sign.
