I noticed on the central air system. When you put it on a certain degree it will read (Override) meaning I believe you will not be charged for electricity on the degree. It will be 2 Months on the 28th living in my place. First FULL month bill was 98 bucks & I have electronic heads(kids) so I was surprised. It was very peaceful up until a few days ago. My neighbors who just so happened to move in have a HORRIBLE habit anytime they enter or exit their apartment they SLAM the door so my whole place shakes and my kids have jumped out there sleep. I'm also nervous because my tvs are all mounted to the walls & their door slams HARD EVERY TIME NO MATTER THE TIME & they are heavy chain smokers so it always smells like cigarettes by my door. They have furniture brought into and had to vacuum in front of my door because they left styrofoam alll in front of my door down the hallway.

East building. Like currently its 9:12 kids are asleep and the damn door has slammed 5 times already. I'm trying not to be the neighbor but after a while it's getting annoying.

I’m confused as to why more documents need to be signed isn’t background checks and verification done before you move in

For the people who have already moved into the building, are there still many vacant apartments? Or are the apartments pretty much filled in ?
