Just an update... I received an email today for C+C Apartment Management letting me know that my submitted documents were received and that although I qualify for a studio or 1 bedroom in the 90% range they have no more available units. They did ask if I wished to be placed on a waitlist to let them know my desired choice so I would be put on a waiting list. It is extremely discouraging yet it is what it is.
Yeah i know how you feel! same thing happened to me in february for this building in midtown. I really wanted it because it wouldve been within walking distance of my job. I had them add me to their waitlist anyways but still havent heard anything back from them. Keep applying for whatever you're eligible for, something will come through sooner or later! Good luck with everything!

Hey good evening, when your housing specialist sent you the DocuSign did you have to fill it out in its entirety or just sign it and send it back. Because it’s asking for papers to be notarized

No, I just needed to sign in the designated sections and submit the document, she told me I didnt have to notarize it, but ask your housing specialist if you have to get it notarized. Once you open the document on the DocuSign website and begin signing, the cursor wil jump to the next section that needs a signature and continue until you have signed all the spots. When you get to the end, you submit it and your housing specialist will get a notification.

Wowsers! So sorry you're dealing with this! Try peppermint oil, they don't like it, i think it burns their nose. Saturate a few cotton balls and put them in the corners of your threshold. That also means the door sweeps they installed were cheap smh they need to replace them if they're having a rodent issue! Be sure to give that property manager guy an earful about it!
