I emailed them because whatever they have on file it says what I entered does not match their records. I emailed them & the lady was so rude. I called no answer. At this point I am beyond frustrated.

ok so i was able to make one

my writhing in explaining is bad

so because i was applying to a few buildings i was put on a waitlist and that add a rentcafe account

so i was able to log in and i went to my profile and changed my email address

i went back on the app to reg and used the email that this building has and it work
