The building still isn’t Complete I was there on Wednesday to view an apt the funny thing they already assigned me a Unit I found it strange !!!!! I was told they still have to get the gym Equipment in but the Laundry room was done I also emailed my Specialist-and she told me that everything looked good and I was approved this was about 2 months ago but because my unit is a pbv she have to send the paperwork over to hpd I guess for a final decision (overlook) so it another waiting process for me and mines I’m speaking it into Existence this apt is mines

I’m also happy for you did you view an apt ??? This process have teach me to have more Patient, All the paper works and COVID-19 made it even more Frustrating but I’m happy so far with the out come I started in March now we are in oct hopefully I move in before the new year so my children and I can celebrate our new place together

Is the building completed and did anyone move in so far who’s still waiting , I’m reading and seeing mice !!!!!! ( big Nono) and gym things are not done. Smh
building is nowhere near done.. they're rushing ppl in per usual
A few days later. You agree on a date with leasing agent. You sign lease virtually but it begins on the day they schedule you to pick up keys.
