Good to know. I was told my keys would be given to me 9/28-9/29, but still no lease! No moving company. I just have small boxes. Did they make you get the renters insurance or was that just an option?

My bro in law is being shown his unit in East Bldg this week.

If you are using a moving company you just need a COI and that the moving company has already

yes, I have CB preference. The last thing I signed via DocuSign was the TIC form and release form for the background check. I signed those on August 25th so a little under a month ago.

Btw in the west building laundry room, gym and parking lot is not done. Was told tomorrow about building management having a meeting about assignment of parking. I just hope I get one because parking over there is not easy

That's a bummer! I wonder when the laundry will be opened. Is there a way to go through the building over to the East building to use their laundry room?
