Wow, that is interesting. My daughter didn't get anything like that, that she noticed, at least.
I think you said you were in the 20s to see six apartments? I thought at the time it was unlikely you would be offered one. But who knows?
Did you check your email and voicemail for any missed messages?
I know my daughter got a message on a Friday night and it said, ”If we don’t hear back from you by 9 a.m. Monday, we will assume you don't want the apartment.”
Very nice! Floors and cabinets are nicely restored. The kitchen is very large! Plus the apartment seems much larger than one room. Really a beautiful apartment. Thanks for posting!
Curious what owners do regarding bathroom storage. Since the sinks are old school with no cabinet underneath, do you install one, put up shelves etc...

Yes, this apartment has a dressing area, an entrance hallway and a foyer. This particular studio has a floor plan similar to the C and H lines in both single and double buildings. This apartments have bedrooms that are accessed via a hallway where the dressing area is in the studio. The kitchen is large, and has two doors and two separate ceiling light switches. This allows for converting the dining area of the kitchen into a very small bedroom. I have a Murphy bed in the foyer.
