I must've walked right by you, Harlem...

The uncompleted middle building (between 180 Broome/the Artisan on the far left and 125 Delancey/the Essex on the far right) is, I *think*, office space and condos only.

Possibly, random

180 is anchored by office space too. Lots of people coming off Williamsburg Bridge

I memorized every damn thing near the buildings lol

It's gonna be noisy as hell, at least once traffic returns to normal levels. The bridge is busy one way or another practically 24/7.

i was thinking of this too, i know you saw that traffic yesterday

hopefully the windows drown the noise out

I like the close proximity to the FJMZ trains Trader Joes and Target not being far, Chinatown too
