Yes, about a week after I had viewed the apartment, they told me that the studio apartment is mine if I wanted it, and that they were offering 2 months free. I have a lease and would need to find someone to take it over, so they also said they'd give me 30 days before I had to move in.

These offers are for people who meet both the 130% income and 165% incomes but werent able to get a 130%.

Does anyone know how the noise is from 20+ floors? I viewed the studio, noise didn't seem as bad from 20th floor.

I was also offered something similar. I was told that because I met the requirements, I can sign the first lease which could either be one or two years at the 130% AMI price. I just received an email today stating that I have been fully approved! Also, I didn’t feel that the noise was an issue while viewing the apartment on the 15th floor, but then again I was only in the apartment for a half hour.

Wait I thought you were going for the 1 bedroom at 165% AMI. How did you get a 130% unit???

They were originally offering it as a promotion but I’m now told they aren’t anymore. They’re offering the 2 months free.
