thank you for the positive energy, really appreciate it! hoping it'll all be worth it, even if the wait is 5 months.

Grr @EC5419, you have such a low log number. hopefully you'll get a spot from the waitlist soon!

Anyone knows if this building is permanently affordable or does it expire like the 421-a programs?

Just wanted to give an update for people who are curious who is being called: I was contacted to submit documents last week. We are a family of four and presumably eligible for a 2/3 bedroom; 165% AMI; Log #12XXX. Ultimately I’ve decided not to apply because my husband strongly disagrees that the $3770 rent is worth it lol. Best of luck to everyone else!

Yup...we passed on that $3700 plus and went with The Dime across the bridge. Much better parking situation too.

Default noise

7th street, what floor are you on? i'm on 12 facing wburg bridge and the sound is really not bad for me. once in a while i hear a loud honking or someone with a very noisy engine, but i've gotten used to it. My studio is also a very decent size, so i'm surprised to see a lot of people posting about tiny apartments.

hey @seekinglotteryadvice can i ask what was your timeline from submitting docs to moving in? I am speaking to the coordinator now and it seems like she wants to everything finalized by 11/30 which seems a bit rushed to me
