1. In the past in this complex, they've wanted you to sign very quickly and start the lease that day. You may have more ability to push back on this now.

2. There's an amenities fee (all or none). If you search back in this thread, you'll find someone with first-hand information. I think it's like $40-$50/mo. But most of the amenities won't be available until we beat the virus, so they shouldn't be charging it.

3. The big obvious drawback of this location is noise. Pay close attention during your visit to see if you think it's tolerable.

They lost my documents, then rejected me and after I complained to the city they reinstated me. But I've heard nothing since November 5.

damn that sucks.. guess this process is longer than i expected. have you guys tried calling? i called last week and they said my documents are in review

Finally received an update,
Hi:
You appear eligible and have been placed on the waiting list. We are currently processing lower log numbers.

My log number is 8xx and I have municipal preference.

don't give up hope, my process from initial request of docs to being given a move-in date was nearly five months.
