So today, this lottery rejected me because I didn’t submit my documents. Meanwhile, I had sent my documents two weeks ago by snail mail as I refuse to send them by email where my private information will be permanently kept risking identity theft.
When I provided them with a tracking number, they ignored it. I don't care too much about winning an apartment here, but I will be filing a formal complaint with the city. Where’s my information? Why haven’t they accepted the tracking number as proof?
I decided not to proceed after seeing the flimsy finishing and fake granite countertop. But honestly, if it wasn’t so loud, I would’ve still taken it. It was really loud even though the unit was on the back of the building and on fairly high floor. If noise doesn’t bother you much, I think it’s a decent deal. Search “The Artisan” on google map for photos and videos and good luck.

I believe CA is you and gah damn. You went IN. Even opening the refrigerator. This is how people are supposed to record. The unit looks good to me, and I understand your reasons for turning it down. You did what you had to do. Did you get a feel of the amount of heat in the apartment?
