I emailed asking for an update. I’m log #15X and received this response, “Your household is eligible but has been placed on the waiting list. We are currently processing lower log numbers”.

I received an email with this response:

"You will be notified when your documentation is confirmed as received at the office."

I don't know why it hasn't been confirmed yet, or in what pile my documentation is.

They wrote back and asked if I have any proof of mailing. So I provided them a tracking number (for the second time).

Then they replied with the same copied and pasted email: "You will be notified when your documentation is confirmed as received at the office."

I'm in the bracket for 130% and 165% but it seems all of the 130% units are fully occupied and I was offered only the 165% studio. Not sure it's really worth 2.2k. Log #3XXX

It depends on where you're living now and if 180 Broome St. would be an upgrade. Also, did you get to see the studio or floor plans? Some of the studios are on the small side.

Did they also give you the option to get on the waiting list for the 130%?

i'm still in the process, now i've been sending in some additional documents, did the long docusign document and saw a studio apt. last week. i loved it and was pleasantly surprised at the size. i'd guess it was about 300 sq ft and not a floorplan i've seen on the website (i am presently in a studio that is smaller so, a definite upgrade) and the views are insane. not fully approved so, not sure what else needs to happen but impatiently waiting and hoping... my log # is 50XX, 60% ami and i have cb preference.
side note, if you look the building up on street easy they now have photos of units.
