Does anyone know what essex crossing will be doing with the empty lot across from this building? Will it be another building, school, parking lot?

Today I signed my lease.. lease is beginning on October 7th.. can’t believe it is done!!

First of all, congratulations on finally signing the lease!!! Was the move-in date decided by you or the management? Did you try to negotiate the move in date or were they firm with their terms? My current lease ends several months from now and I’m curious if there’s any room to negotiate.

Oh wow they have skipped me! I’m same but with a lower log number (25xx)

I also fall into 165. I hope they’re not waiting to process me for the more expensive apartments!

I believe two fairly large buildings will be built, according to the site below. Scroll down to
Spotlight on the streets nearby, and then on New construction. Both are supposed to be finished in 2024.
