They never emailed, mailed or called. I just decided to call the number on the first email and spoke to someone after a 5 mins hold. i was told I'm on the waiting list, i asked if everything is right with my documents, she said it is green, meaning its fine but there are other lower log numbers than mine. but I think I'm gonna just look for another spot
if you were told you were on the waiting list and have never been formerly told in writing, then it's possible she may have said that to get you off their backs. What is your AMI group if you don't mind me asking?
Today I signed my lease.. lease is beginning on October 7th.. can’t believe it is done!!

First of all, congratulations on finally signing the lease!!! Was the move-in date decided by you or the management? Did you try to negotiate the move in date or were they firm with their terms? My current lease ends several months from now and I’m curious if there’s any room to negotiate.

Does anyone know what essex crossing will be doing with the empty lot across from this building? Will it be another building, school, parking lot?
